We have heard about cold fusion for over 20 years. Each experiment was pretty low power and the powers that be managed to prove it was not real. You can do your homework from there. Everything seems to be adding up in my book. I also asked Wayne Green, long-time Cold Fusion believer and his response was

Yep, it's real. It's the oil, nuclear, solar, wind, hydro, etc., industries as well as electric that will be put out of business.

Maybe someone big such as GE will figure a way to make it go away but, at this point, I doubt they will be able to do it directly. Maybe they can bribe enough politicians to make it illegal to have one in the US but that's just a problem for those still living in the US.
